​SOLÈNE LE SCAN – Vice President
Psychologist & Psychotherapist | Specialist in Expressive Psychotherapy
Solène Le Scan is a clinical and social psychologist with a specialization in expressive psychotherapy. She graduated from the Universities of Lyon and Geneva, earning a Master’s in Clinical and Social Psychology (2011), an additional certification in Psychology and Psychopathology (2012), and a postgraduate diploma in Psychotherapy (2017).
She works both in institutions and private practice, supporting children, adolescents, and families, and teaches psychology and psychopathology at L'Atelier, a renowned art therapy school in Geneva.
A lifelong art enthusiast, particularly in dance and painting, Solène has always believed in the therapeutic power of artistic and creative expression. She has integrated creative mediums into her psychotherapeutic practice, helping individuals harness art as a tool for transformation and healing.

MAYA KÜGELE – General Secretary
Social & Cultural Management Specialist | Communications Expert
Maya Kügele holds a Bachelor of Science from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne and a postgraduate diploma in Social and Cultural Management.
In 2014, she organized Switzerland’s first large-scale public health fair, Planète Santé Live, at the SwissTech Convention Center (EPFL), collaborating with the country’s leading public health institutions.
Passionate about hospitality management and exploring the world through travel, Maya has worked with Mungo Park, an agency specializing in eco-responsible travel across Africa. Alongside her professional journey, she founded the travel blog Paper Planes, where she shares insights and experiences from her global explorations.
She is currently based in Geneva, where she serves as Communications Manager at RTS (Swiss Radio and Television).

MARION TERRIZZANO – Treasurer
Independent Lawyer | Expert in International & Financial Law
Marion Terrizzano is an independent lawyer and former legal advisor at Bank Pictet & Cie SA. She holds a Master’s in International & Humanitarian Law, an LLM in Financial Law, and a Master’s in Political Economy with a specialization in Public Development.
Her career spans both the private financial sector and international organizations, having worked at the United Nations and several NGOs, including the Red Helmet Foundation (Paris) and School of the World (India). She is currently based in Geneva.
Outside her professional life, Marion is a dedicated travel and gastronomy enthusiast. In 2015, she launched @London_duck, an Instagram page where she shares her passion for exploring new cultures and cuisines.
